Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions are nothing too formal, however there are a few things you should know. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch.
Customer Care
- If you are happy with the service provided then I am doing something right, which is great.
- More importantly, if you are not happy with the service provided having not met your expectations in someway, then please let me know and I can alter your session(s) accordingly.
- If I feel that I am having little or no beneficial effect with your sessions then I would refer you on to a colleague who may be better placed to help you.
Privacy Policy
- All information given me verbally, or written via a consultation sheet, will always be held in the strictest of confidence and information not shared with a 3rd party.
- I may from time to time send you an email or text to touchbase with you, with your permission.
Payment Information
- Cash or Cheque
- You could take advantage with a 'block' booking and save money. This will more importantly help you make sure you keep up a regular massage routine for maintenance, injury prevention and your wellbeing.
- £200 for 5 sessions.
Cancellation
- Please be aware that If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session you will be charged 50% of your session fee. This is a fair policy and the one and only stipulation that needs to be adhered too as part of the client-practitioner relationship.
Gift Vouchers / Prepaid Sessions
- All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only.
- Voucher validity period is non-extendable.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Not exchangeable for cash, in whole or part.
- If you do not receive your voucher within 7 days please email adrian@massagemedic.co.uk. After this period lost or stolen voucher cannot be replaced.
- All vouchers have a £2.00 fee to cover postage and associated admin costs.
- Having bought a session on-line please call or email to book the appointment.
- Please remember that 24 hours notice is required, prior to appointment, should you need to cancel otherwise the cost of the session is non-refundable.
- Should you need to cancel before the 24 hour period then a flat fee to the value of half the treatment price will be charged.
- This notice period also applies to normal bookings made by phone, email, and text.
Referrals
- If you do refer a friend or family member to me and they have a treatment then when you come again I'll give you a longer session, to say thank you.
