Nothing too formal but things you should know.

CUSTOMER CARE

1. If you are happy with the service provided then I am doing something right, which is great.
2. More importantly, if you are not happy with the service provided having not met your expectations in someway, then please let me know and I can alter your session/s accordingly.
3. If I feel that I am having little or no beneficial effect with your sessions then I would refer you on to a colleague who may be better placed to help you.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. All information given me verbally, or written via a consultation sheet, will always be held in the strictest of confidence and information not shared with a 3 rd party.
2. I may from time to time send you an email or text to touchbase with you, with your permission.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. Cash, Cheque or Paypal (although there is a £2 transaction fee for Paypal)
2. You could take advantage with a ‘block’ booking and save money. This will more importantly help you make sure you keep up a regular massage routine for maintenance, injury prevention and your wellbeing.
3. £200 for 5 sessions.

GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Easy - Just pop a cheque in the post and I’ll send you a voucher within 24 hours.
2. Vouchers normally expire within 6 months and are non-refundable but certainly transferable.
3. To receive your free 15 minutes session all you need to do is to buy a one hour gift voucher for a friend or family member. The free session is transferable if need be but not to the person using the voucher.

CANCELLATION

1. 24 hours cancellation notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a booking otherwise a late fee will be charged!

REFERRALS

1. If you do refer a friend or family member to me and they have a treatment then when you come again I'll give you a longer session, to say thank you.
